Passport Office Chennai

Chennai Passport Office is built in George Town of the Chennai. It was started running in the year 1955 but it was shifted to the Government premises to Shastri Bhavan in the year 1966. It is located at 26, Haddows Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600006. Services offered by it in the beginning were to the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry including some other States of Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Later, these states are getting services from their own separate passport offices. It offers services to issue passports as well as changing the address in passport, Police Clearance Certificate, additional support concerning Emigration Check Not Required etc.
